The TV does not recognize the Comcast Xfinity box and is constantly trying to change the picture quality. Hasn't worked for months. Everything was fine with the cable box before. TV is a waste if you have Comcast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very big and heavy but perfect size for space used in. Watch mostly tennis matches daily and BBC NEWS. Really appreciate getting T2 tennis channel with Samsung tvs! Great picture for watching movies but it overswhelms the room at night especially with the light it creates. Probably should have gotten a smaller unit for these reasons. Might work much better in a larger space/room. But quality is excellent and I prefer this brand over any available. Solid product, high quality, superior value for the cost.

This is my third Samsung QLED and by far the finest ever manufactured!! I'll be buying Sonos audio system to compliment my new tv.

you would not believe the picture. Just like being there. Basically, set itself up, add a Q990C and oh my god. what else could you ask for?

The reason why I bought this TV was because of the WiFi6E technology. All in all Samsung Neo QLED 8k TV is a very impressive TV. I recommend this TV

Picture is great. Sound is very lackluster. Samsung needs to send me a qn990d to review with the tv. An 85 inch tv needs a good sound bar.

Been thinking geeltting this for 6 month and finally got it and I am super happy with the quality and clarity of the picture. Samsung mail it again .

TV can not recognize Comcast cable box. Everything worked fine before this TV. Bad connections and bad software.

We bought this TV about 2 weeks ago. Nice. We are still working in different setting to get the best quality picture and sound.
