Anything that promotes gut health and is delicious is worth a try. I was very skeptical about Activia because I always thought it was treat for older people but it's a staple in my fridge. Peach and strawberry are my favorite flavors and I love to add fresh fruit to them along with some granola.

I enjoy the taste! Easy to digest and I guess they do the job they are suppose to? Once I am done eating a few minutes pass and I end up using the restroom if you know what I mean. I was told that's good that's what this yogurt is for so I am guessing it's doing it's purpose lol.

These are a favorite in our house! I have been eating Activia for years now, so when my daughter tried it and loved it too, I was super happy about it! It's got probiotics so it helps our digestion and keeps our tummies happy. We've always loved the flavors too. The only thing I don't love is that I seem to get to the bottom of my yogurt too quickly!

I absolutely love this yogurt. It taste amazing. I love that it has so many different flavors and so does my kids. I definitely would buy again. I wouldn't do anything to improve the product. I love the packaging. I would recommend to anyone to buy it.

Yay activia yogurt! I personally can't really feel a difference when eating this yogurt vs other brand yogurts in terms of helping with digesting and whatnot, but the flavor and taste of the yogurt is good and I'd happily eat again. Love getting these on sale!

I have a digestive disease and these were recommended by my GI doctor to help move things along. Did not expect much however I was pleasantly surprised. These are a great consistency, the fruit is evenly distributed through the yogurt and it's a great, quick option for those that need a little digestive push.

These are a go to in my house and everyone and I mean everyone lovesss them! And it helps with the potty if you need help so definitely worth it. And I like this pack because it comes with all the flavors in case your not feeling strawberry or blueberry. Definitely recommend

Although probiotics are a plus I didnt appreciate that my period was late due to eating this yoghurt. This has RBST which is a growth hormone. Normally i dont get pms symptoms a week before my period but i had headaches which i never get at all, i had sore breast like i had to wear a sports bra to keep them in place, and horrid mood swings I feel bad because i had an attitude with my own child. Im never like this. But it just really messed up my cycle. My period was 5 days late !

Activia yogurt packs are not good or bad. It is the way yogurt should be. It tastes like Yoplait Original Yogurt Low Fat Yogurt Strawberry 8 Count . The only thing that makes this product special is the health benefits. Activia yogurt has more probiotics. I would buy it in the future though because it makes a killer snack when paired with flaxseed and sliced apples with peanut butter.
