10/10 these help me so much especially when I’m constipated. These work wonders for me and their pretty delicious too.

This yogurt has a good flavor. It doesn’t have an aftertaste and it’s not sour. There is a good variety of flavors.

This is my favorite yogurt and best to to take on the go. I use it as a quick breakfast, snack or even an after meal dessert.

It’s such a great yogurt to help your digestive system along. I suffer constantly from that, so eating activa has solved a lot of my problems.

Love the variety! Taste great works great for your digestive system. The price is ok may be a little expensive for some but over all great product

I love the probiotic benefits from this yogurt I feel like it helps candida from building up in my gut. They taste great too

i like these because i dont really like to  eat breakfast so sometime i just take one of those so if you and it so good 

I love it! When i want some snack but i don’t want to eat to much calories i go with Activia is delicious it taste soo good. 

These are fantastic and activia is in a few different countries which makes me happy to see brands I love in other countries
