My favorite yogurt year after year. It helps regulate my digestive system and fills me up in the mornings. Peach is my personal fav. Always need to stock up on these for my busy mornings.  

Activia is always my go to food if I have any tummy problems. The probiotics really helps releasing the gasses or constipation. The taste is also okay! You can eat it alone or with some fruit or cereals!

 I buy these weekly and I always make sure to keep them stocked up in my refrigerator! These red do help with the digestive system and great for the immune system as well! 

This helps with cleaning my stomach out when I feel bloated or just not my normal energetic self. It's also good for us women in our personal care areas.

Activia Light Strawberry Blueberry Peach Probiotic Yogurt, I like these probiotic yogurts, it is so delicious, light and healthy that I recommended it.

This yogurt is a nice sweet yogurt that isn't too thick or heavy like Greek yogurt. The yogurt is easily digestible and even comes with probiotics. I have been eating this forever and always enjoy it .

I had less stomach pains eating this and felt lighter. The flavor is there, but not a lot of fruit. You could put it in the freezer for more texture, and make it fro-yo. I don't have any other products to compare it to. Nope, nothing else to add.

There have been so many studies that show that probiotics are really good for you so when it's in the form of this yogurt it's awesome because it's so delicious and this is a lot cheaper then other alternatives.

It was nice but I rather have more chunks of little fruits. That would be more appealing to me since I love finding fruits chunks while eating it. But nonetheless it is a very good yogurt brand so I would buy it again.

All I can say is.....YUM. 100% would recommend. This is the only kind I buy. I'm allergic to the peach, but my boyfriend loves it! Strawberry is my favorite.
