Good portion size, I almost wish they were bigger because the drinkable yogurt is so tasty, I'll want a second one. I don't know about the actual probiotics, if there is enough for me to have a good effect. The strawberry is my favorite!

This is the best but pricey. I tried it and never gave up on the brand. I like the peach more but love this yogurt. I eat it every morning and it does give me probiotic that I need.

Personally, I love activia. Not just for the sole purpose but the taste is heavenly. Always has been my favorite. Highly recommend if you like a sweet treat.

I absolutely love these. They have a great flavor and for me they help with my stomach a lot. I used to drink them every day before work and it help a lot with my stomach issues I was having.

My whole family enjoy these! From my 2 year old to my grandparents. We love eating them with fruit and granola. I do wish they had less sugar. But everything is great.

Best flavor ever is the blueberry. I love Activia and its the only yogurt that I will eat. I have noticed a difference in my stomach and bathroom stuff.

Delicious, perfer the strawberry and peach. The Blueberry is okay. Strawberry and peach have a really good flavor! I would add a little extra actual berries. Its extremely affordable, and will help you be more regular.
