My husband and boys love this and to helps keep them regular. It has a bit too much sugar in it for myself but it works well for them. I love the variety bbn pack because they can get a little of all the flavors and it saves me money.

This product really helps when you want to go to bathroomüò¨ it was like weird taste but you will get used it. It got a lot of flavors and taste strong and sweet at same time. I would recommend to does the have trouble going to the bathroom.
