The reason I bought these it has live probiotics which is great for your digestion and I absolutely love it it's very healthy and has less calories and it comes with a great variety of flavors my favorite flavors are strawberry and peach. It's little pricey but it also helps your tummy less bloated.Great addition in to my diet whenever I m craving for something sweet or hungry I grab this for healthy alternative

I had the gastric sleeve procedure and these are a perfect way to get protein and they are smaller so I can usually eat a whole container. You can also mix into shakes in the morning. They are easy to pack for lunches and have a good after taste unlike some other brands of yogurt.

I am not the greatest fan of Activia Light Strawberry Blueberry Peach Probiotic Yogurt but I still eat it because it has probiotics which I really appreciate. I don't like the taste as much but I am also the kind of person who likes my yogurt to be not too sour and unflavored.

This yogurt is my favorite both for taste and quality, it does not irritate my stomach and the portion is adequate for a balanced diet. I use it as a snack when I need a little energy at midday or if I eat it during breakfast I accompany it with oatmeal or chopped fruit.

I love how convenient it is to have this on the go, especially since I don't usually eat breakfast. I really need a peobiotic so this is great since it taste great. My only complaint is for the prices of the Activia Dailies, I wish they were bigger. Its pretty small so three to four sips and your done with it.

I love the taste of these yogurts! I just don't use them anymore because I'm not sure the amount of probiotics were supposed to partake on a daily basis. My protein has probiotics in them. If you want to be “regular” with bowel movements incorporate this into your diet!

I love this yogurt. I love all yogurt but this is the only one that makes my bowels work better. Sorry that may be a little TMI. However it is the truth. Tastes so yum. Thick.
