Bring Back Extra Soft and Mega Rolls
I've been buying Scott Extra Soft for years. I do not like this new product. Extra Soft was much better. Additionally, why are there no longer Mega rolls? First Super-Mega disappeared... now I can't buy Mega. I am very unhappy and will most likely switch brands.

A Newer Version is Never Good
Looks like Scott has done away with the Extra Soft Toilet Paper and replaced it with this new Comfort Plus version. Every time a company changes something, you can always bet that there will be shrinkage! The Extra Soft was 528 Sheets Per Roll, and the Comfort Plus is only 462 Sheets Per Roll. I wish companies would just increase the price a little is necessary, rather than shrinking everything!
Although we did decrease the sheets per rolls, we improved both the strength of this toilet paper and the softness, for the best clean possible. If you're interested in TP with more sheets, you should check out our Mega Rolls! We appreciate your feedback and we hope this helps.
Please bring back Extra Soft
Does anyone remember 'New Coke'? When someone decided to change an enormously successful product with disastrous results? Unfortunately, it seems like we now have the New Coke of toilet tissue. Whoever decided to replace Extra Soft with this 'product' made a terrible decision and a huge mistake. Please bring back the original product before this customer has to take his business elsewhere.

Fresh and Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Scott Comfort Plus toilet paper as its soft and strong and gets the job done and leaves your clean. Nothing that I would improvement as it does what it was meant for and I would recommend this product.
Stupid move
It is really messed up that you take an excellent product (Scott Extra Soft Mega Roll) and replace it with a smaller, less economical roll. I don't care what you say about it being designed to "use less", the fact is we are still getting less product. You should have just raised the price, instead of claiming "new and improved. You really need to admit your mistake and bring back the superior product. Don't be "new Coke"

Disappointed
I am a relatively new Scott tissue user about five years now. I have grown to love this brand so much that I've traveled to three different locations of the same big chain store to find the Scott toilet tissue in the correct packaging that suited my household (extra soft, 30 = 60 double rolls usually). Sadly my last multiple store trip lead me to the same "new and improved" Comfort Plus and with no other choice I had to make the purchase and give it a try. Not at all impressed, completely disappointed! I feel as if I am wiping with cheap facial tissue instead of the quality I had become accustom to from Scott. I feel as I am having to use more tissue because it is leaving behind so much lint as well as tearing/ripping with each wipe. I am having to use extra wet wipes just to remove the lint left behind. This will most likely be my last toilet tissue purchase from Scott as my search for another brand has begun.

Scott comfort plus
I have been purchasing Scott extra soft for years!! It was the only tp I would purchase. The comfort plus is nothing like the extra soft. I will be looking for a different brand due to Scott no longer having any tp products I desire. #comebackextrasoft

Stronger, but that's it!
You claim in responses to reviews that your new toilet paper is stronger and softer than the old Extra Soft version all your customers loved. Stronger, yes, but it is not softer. I compared this new toilet paper to my one roll of Extra Soft I had left. The new version is a smaller roll, thicker, and not nearly as soft as Extra Soft. Please stop telling people it is softer. It is not! It is only stronger and thicker--which now concerns me. I bought Extra Soft because I had previously had back-ups with other, thicker toilet papers. I don't understand why you eliminated a product that everyone loved for something not nearly as good.

Cause Major Irritation
I have no idea why Scott replaced the Extra Soft tissue with Comfort Plus... it was not necessary. I've been using Scott tissue for over 10 years and when they switched to Comfort Plus, it caused major irritation and burning. I went to the gynecologist four times and even a vaginal dermatologist before I figured out it was the tissue. I bought it for the first time in July 2019 only because they discontinued extra soft, and I was at the doctor in August. I finally put two and two together after spending money and wasting time going to doctor appointments. SCOTT should REMOVE this from the shelves immediately and replace with a tissue that lives up to the Scott name I've always trusted. I will no longer buy any Scott toilet paper or any other paper products made by Scott. I am so disappointed:(((

Need to find another brand!
Why change something that your customers love....extra soft work perfectly fine the new comfort plus is a total failure, it leave back a lot of white residue, finish faster and it difernately not stronger....Please bring back Extra Soft let us the consumers choose which one we prefer
