Frustrating printer. When it works it prints quickly but if we don't use it for a couple weeks, the power saving mode seems to drop the WiFi connection and won't show up in s happens to us every couple of months. Then trying to figure out reconnecting the WiFi is miserable. We just wanted a simple printer.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The quality of the copies is very good. I appreciate the option of either placing the original on the platen glass or into the feeder. Multiple page documents worked well with the feeder. I am pleased with the scanning and faxing options, this printer does it all! The operational panel and instructions are easy to follow/very intuitive. In regards to set up, I did not do it myself but the person who did said it was easy to do. This printer definitely meets my quality expectations because the end product looks good and it's easy to use. I think my favorite part is probably the scan feature. I would highly recommend this printer to friends or family. My overall impression is very good - thumbs up!!

Its fairly cheap, fast, and does a average job for document printing. For anything else though its very poor. Photos look like something out of the 90s with missing lines, grainy images etc. The settings are a complete maze of obscure named items, where the help description says the same things as the actual setting. When you look for any online help the manual that comes up shows things that are not even on the machine, making self help overly difficult.

I have had this printer for over two years. This printer jams non stop, no matter duplex or single sided. The LED screen goes into a hibernate freeze mode and would not come out no matter what. I have tried resetting the settings and the problem persists even though I have the latest's firmware updates.

Right when you turn on the printer it prints quickly The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. They provide pictures and the instructions are broken up into easy to understand sections. The printer is also very easy to install and easy to connect to any computer or phone/ipad device. Quality: The quality is great for speed of printing, and for ease of use. The quality of the photos is not high quality and the sharpness of the print color is dull. The printer is also louder than others I have used. Meeting expectations: Good printer if you don`t need extremely professional quality. Would be good for high volume printing. Improvements to make: make the printer quieter and ink color sharper Overall impression: the printer is nice looking, concise, it is on the larger side for a printer compared to other printers, prints quickly immediately and prints double-sided on its own without hesitation. It has a quiet mode that I didn`t find to help quiet the printer, but could defiantly be error on my part.

This laser Canon MF267dw printer is perfect for a home office! Set up was easy and simple right out of the box. I had no problems connecting it to both computers as well as my mobile device. The touch LCD screen is user friendly and easy to navigate. This printer is much faster than my old printer and the quality is great for black and white. It`s the right size and doesn`t take up to much space. I highly recommend this printer and look forward to using it on a daily basis.

My favorite feature would be the touch screen feature. It is great being able to use a stylus and now just pushing a button. The instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. The product assembly was very easy, especially since I connected via WiFi. Compared to my other printer and those I have purchased for my home office, this one is far superior. The print itself is so smooth and not blurred. This product far exceeds any expectation that I may have had for this printer or the brand. My only suggestion, unless I just haven't located it, maybe including a stylus as an extra perk. My overall impression of this printer is that it is awesome. It fits my every printing need. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The printer is bit tall — couple that with the need to lift the top lid open to make copies, and you are pretty much required to have this on a table top/ desk top. I love that the control panel easily angles outward. The way I have it positioned, I look down onto the printer and this feature makes it easy to read and operate the screen without having to crouch to eye level. The assembly was very simple. The instructions stressed that I shouldn't plug in the USB until I installed the disc. My laptop doesn't even have a CD drive, so I searched around for a few minutes looking for a downloadable driver. When I couldn't find one, I thought i'd give it a try by plugging in the USB — what's the worst that could happen? Well I'm glad I did because my laptop immediately setup the printer with no input from me! So it would seem that newer computers can handle the setup without the need for the CD! One thing to note is that this does not come with a printer USB cord. I happened to have one but I do always find it a hassle when I open a box and a required cord is not included. Having said that, I think many printers are this way. I just wish they'd include all necessary wires! One thing I like is the way the door opens to add paper. My old printer had a slide-out drawer on the base, which was problematic if I wanted my printer to sit on my carpeted floor. With this printer, the door flips down revealing the paper tray. I like this design! Simple and helpful. The quality is great. I've printed single sheets at a time as well as somewhat large jobs (~35 sheets) and the print quality is always consistent and clean. Overall, my impressions are favorable. The printer has a speedy output and is quiet. Had I known that my computer would automatically connect, setup would have only taken about 3 minutes (or the time it takes you to plug in the two wires). I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a simple black laser printer without any frills or complex features. The only improvements I would suggest would be having a built-in WI-FI/router feature.

Only works as a black and white printer/copy maker. Don't expect it to work as a scanner nor other features. Sadly just being used between me and a partner, nothing crazy, but it does have features that are very hard to unlock or maintain stable before they crack again. Or maybe I have to spend more hours trying to install an unfriendly software in order to make the scanner and other things to work.

I received this prodct in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I didn't know what to expect before receiving the printer. I have to say I was really impressed. The setup to get it online was a breeze. No problems. I don't think I'll need the fax, but just in case I ever would, I hooked it up as well. This printer is super fast, the copies are clear and overall just so simple to use. Everything about this printer is so user friendly you just want to use it. I haven't had any problems with it. I dont think I will either. For a home office or just to have a printer in the home this one is great. I have no complaints. Im not a techy person and everything to get it up and running went smoothly. I will highly recommend.
