The ImageCLASS MF267dw is good all in one laser printer. Only inhancement at this time is when you send a fax , would like confirmation that it was succesful and sent.

It is a great small office MFD. It handles my printing needs perfectly with both single and two-sided functions. The scanning and fax functions are also very easy to use. Love it.

This printer is so fast and easy, I love it! Get one and dump that overrated and expensive to use inkjet!

Hi quality Black and White laser printer. It comes with the toner and drum installed, which is not totally obvious from the literature. Assembly was minimal, but programming was difficult. It was being installed on our MAC, and the disk included qas not compatible. I had to download the drivers fron the Cannon website. If you are not tech savvy, getting it to work with your computer and portable devices. All that said, it puts out fast, high quality balck and white copies!

I only have used this a few times so far, It did take my husband a while to set-up. The printing is super fast. I wish it were smaller -- it is very large. I won't need to use the fax machine so I guess I could have looked for something that didn't have a fax

Setup was fairly easy; wireless connection language could have been easier to understand...all I needed was my WIFI password. Printer works well. Copies are a little more grainy than I expected.

OK multi-function printer, print density even after adjustment is pretty light, setup is more complex than warranted. Purchased to replace a Canon imageClass MF4570dn so I was familiar with Canon Multifunction laser printers, however, was disappointed with this "upgrade." The worst feature is the paper chute - access to your print jobs is via a very small slot and it can be extremely inconvenient to remove the jobs.

As a long time fan and user of the large Canon copy systems, I had expected the same level of quality and user experience, when I tried a Canon consumer level printer. I was astounded by the bad experience. The printer itself did a fine job, but it was the connectivity that was an issue. The WiFi absolutely would not work, going so far as taking down my stable network each time I tried to connect it. Additionally, it's drivers are generic and the mobile interface is rudimentary. HP, in this class of products, still makes a better machine, therefore, I will go back to HP for my office printers.

My main complaint is the lack of support from Canon. We were trying to learn to scan to an email and could not figure it out. I called Canon and could not get a live person on the phone no matter how hard I tried. I think it hard to use for the average user and the print quality is not as good as my old HP desktop.

I only gave it one star because again Canon does not supply upgrades to drives for newer iOS systems . This printer should come with a warning that it is an old model. Needed to return it for that reason .
