Leaving mark on arm

I love the features of the watch but I have a mark on my arm from under the watch. It almost seems like a burn mark. I have not had a problem like this with other watches. Will have to return it unfortunately.

Watch 4 battery life, G assistant and dashboard

First day or use- got to 24 hours with batter save mode- said at 10 at night had 24% left- 1 day plus. Woke up at 8 and watch off- dead. Again- battery save mode and didn't turn on once. Most say problem is wear os- which shouldn't surprise anyone since Google is involved and can't even make a good phone. No google assistant while others have Alexa and GA. No dashboard like fitbit to easily review stats... waste of time and money.
