I compared different brands of smart watches and the Samsung Gen 4 won. By quite a lot. Being an older person, I wanted the watch to keep track of what I do versus what I think I do.  Plus, it has fall detection included, as well as an ekg capability.  Not as thourough as a doctor's,  but would definitely alert you if a problem arose. It's  a workhorse! I'm very happy with it.

Great tool and motivator!

I have been waiting for Samsung to come out with a watch that has an ECG and they finally did it. I'm 74 and fairly active helping my husband with the farm. The ecg works great and I'm very pleased with the rest of the apps on it. I especially like the bedtime and health apps. I feel it has been worth the money. I'm very happy with it.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who is a mom of a 1month old and a 2 year old. I had hoped it would help free up her phone that the 2 year old was constantly using for Cocomelon viewing and also help while caring for the 1 month old by not needing to hang onto the phone. Success!! She text me the next day and said she “freaking LOVED this phone!

Received Samsung Galaxy Watch4 on time, October 12, 2022.  First time as a smart watch user, 68 y/o female.  Wanted access to receive phone calls.  Phone does not have to be on me to receive calls through watch.  No extra monthly charge for service from provider.   Perfect size for my wrist 40mm. Watched several You-tube videos which were very helpful on shortcuts & battery life. Have been very satisified with this watch, did not disappoint.

Great watch and features but the battery is not good at all. My other fitness tracker watch that I had would stay charged for days at the time but I have to change this one everyday, I just do it while taking a shower.

Battery is not great

The watch works as expected. Need setting with apps in the cell phone.  Appeared not quite accurate in recording sleep process and measuring heart rate but it remains a good tool to know yourself and monitor vital signs.  Battery life is good.  With power saving mode and connection with the phone, one charge lasts for more than one day.  Charging at >75% does not take a lot of time.

More than a toy

I love all of the features on this watch! My only qualm is the battery life.

Great present to myself

The battery life is aweful!! One day it'll last all day the next day it'll die before 3pm. No real rhyme or reason. Frustrating!!

Battery life

The battery life is 1-2 days tops and that was with trying to delete as many unnecessary apps as possible. The watch also isn't made for left-handed people who wear their watch on their right wrist. It was consistently behind by 2000 steps in comparison to my Fitbit. When I put the watch on my left wrist it kept relatively the same step count as my Fitbit. Very strange to me.
