Better than I expected.

I've only used this one time so far and it worked perfectly. Saw had way more power than I expected. We have a worx weedeater and a blower so I knew I would like it. Also bought a weedeater and blower for out adult son, he's very pleased with his gift.

Easy to use

I love Worx in general and this saw is no exception. As a woman I like to be able to do projects myself and not always have to depend on my husband to have to do everything. I love the Worx because I don't have to pull a cord to start the tools they have removed the frustration for me..thank you, thank you, thank you!

10'' Chain saw with pole extension

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about a moth ago i was really impressed with it. I like how the extension folds up for easy storage, and how east it attaches to the chain saw. Me and my wife used it the weekend I got it to trim a tree in back yard that had some dead limbs. Most of the branches are around 8'' didn't have any problems cutting through them at all battery lasted as long has I was expecting. I have another tool so just swapped them out and keep working .

Up and away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in the middle of a state forrest, we constantly have a need for limb or downed wood removal. This will handle the bulk of our needs. Had some issues with ordering and the customer service rep was fantastic. Thanks for the help and the whole battery line is holding up well with this our 7th, 20 volt tool.

Works amazing especially on softer woods.

Works just amazing with one tiny downside. The chain does like to come off easier than I'd like, but it's also really easy to put back on. So far I've cut 6-8" birch trees (didn't fell them with it but did cut a few lengths once down) and smaller limbs of various wood types. Just let it eat on its own and it goes great.

longer reach and a removeable saw

It has a longer reach and removable chainsaw for trimming lower branches and cutting small trees. It is also heavier duty than "regular polesaws". I like the bar oil tank and automatic oiler. Most polesaws lack this feature, you have to remember to manually oil them. Chain tensioner is easier to use. So far I have used it about 10 times until the battery ran out, which depending on the size of limbs is between 15 to 25 minutes on a full charge.

Excellent Cordless Pole Chain Saw

We purchased the Cordless Pole Chain Saw and have already used it several times already. It is easy to operate and is another excellent tool from your company. Every product we have purchased from you all, and there have been many, has never disappointed. I am actually trying to get my husband to purchase a few more. If anyone is interested in purchasing this chain saw, they will be very pleased. Thank you for making quality tools for the everyday person that have great quality, easy instructions and easy to use.

Pole stability is not trustworthy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have this tool and try to cut small branches, the locking feature on the pole continues to close. I have tightened the tension and it does not help. The auto tension feature begins to bring my pole back on me as soon as I turn on the saw. While this unit together is not heavy, it is not easy to move and cut at full extension. This item I do not recommend because it does not function properly with the pole extension.

Great flexibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked just great. Able to trim 18 trees in no time on a single battery charge. Also I really enjoyed the ability to convert from a pole saw to a normal hand saw. Also not having to purchase another battery since my weed eater is a 20V Worx with the same battery type.

Light weight, easy to use

I bought this set up a few years back and have used it on many occasions. Very easy to use and if you have other 20V tools, battery life is not an issue even with a heavy workload. Best of all, you don't need to worry about stale gas mix, it's always ready to go. While I am satisfied with my purchase and with the tool in general, I do need to point out 2 items that others may want to consider. 1) The saw is light. This means that the weight of the saw is not present to keep the blade on the branch, you have to add some force to work the saw into the wood. 2) After some use, the friction locks on the pole slip and the pole will slowly collapse while you're working with it. There does not appear to be any way to tighten the locking mechanism. That's just plain annoying, and why I can't give it a 5 star rating.
