A little heavy for much use with extension handle

Works well as a standard chain saw but when you put it on the extension handle and reach up with it, it becomes heavy rather quickly.

Leaks Oil

Works great but leaks oil when setting & not in use. Top heavy for me & battery wears out fairly fast.

To prevent the tool from leaking we would recommend venting the oil cap slightly if the chainsaw still has oil or completely draining the tool of the oil when not in use. Impressive product

Really got this for the battery powered small chain saw. I am impressed with the added pole saw capability my only hesitation being the weight of the unit when fully extended I'll find out this spring!

My easy to use pole/chain saw.

I have had this saw for over 5 years. Always works when I need it. I live in the mountains and always have limbs to trim off or cut up due to keeping forest fire clearance safety ladders.

Good too, but hard to balance.

I bought this a month ago and my first usage of it was positive. However it's hard to pull the trigger handle and balance a10 pound weight on the other end while cutting the limbs . It does make the job quick though.

This product is everything it says it is.

I have sent this product back only because I am unable to hold it up. Not a problem with the tool but with me. Every part went together and came apart as advertised. will be looking into the plain pole saw to see if I can handle that.

good tool

the saw works will but for the chain does come off very easy but you can saw a lot of wood with 2 ah batt. if the worx saw chain is the only stay on longer I would be so happy with this tool.

Thank's for sharing this with us. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with the chain coming off. It is recommended that you tension the chain every 4-5 cuts. Depending on the type of wood being cut, the heat that is produced can cause the chain to stretch. To tension the chain, simply secure it around the sprocket and bar so that the chain is seated then pull the bar forward (outward) to create a snug fit. The chain should be tight enough to fit securely around the bar while leaving appropriate give for tensioning. Take caution that you do not overtighten the chain.
