We were really surprised when we received the mattress in a box. But after following the instructions and put it in the RV, we were definitely satisfied. It is very comfortable and better than the mattresses that the manufactures put in the beds.

We purchased this mattress to replace the very uncomfortable one that came in our RV. We slept it on last night for the first time and it is so comfortable! Great mattress at a great price!

It does not fit, and must be returned. It is 'way too thick - size increased exponentially when removed from containment straps. I've tried contacting Sam's by phone (IVR loop), email (not helpful). Pls help!!! Still in original packaging.
