Had this since Sept. It does what they say it does. Love the quiet operation. I'd buy it again if needed.

Bought this unit last summer installed it and Kept the house very cool now that it's Winter time It's doing a great job keeping it warm

I purchased this summer of 2018. Works great. My furnace went out in November and the heat pump worked great too 3 days with no furnace kept us warm.

In service for over 8 months and has provided superior and economically based AC and heating for a new enclosed patio of over 900SF

So far so good! Just installed it, super easy. Haven't tried it yet but looks great and fingers crossed :)

Bought and installed during summer but use it equally during cold weather.

We installed our 3 ton unit in August 2018, still in the heat of summer. Kept us very cool.

I had no problems installing this, it runs beautifully, i would recommend this
