I bought this 6 months ago and used it during the summer to cool by bedroom. It is very quiet and cools the room nicely. My husband was able to install it with the help of one friend.

Installed it over the summer and it works great. Saved a ton a money over pro install. Had to buy a Sensibo to control it remotely as the app would not work with my late model Android.

I haven't had a chance to evaluate the air conditioning feature of the heat pump, but to date the heat pump is functioning well. The operation is very quiet .

Works great for our 512 square ft. building. Would be nice if it had emergency heat feature for those really cold days below 30 degrees. Easy to install if you are a handy person.

Unit works great now. System had a malfunction when delivered. Vendor replaced outdoo unit at no costs. However, I hired an HVAC contractor to install to ensure unit worked. All good now.

Purchased and installed in fall. Worked thru winter in heat mode. Works great. Install was 4 hour process. Turned out fantastic. Didn't have to loop extra lineset. Just placed compressor in location to use entire line.

It's been great to go out to the shop and have a comfortable working area. Not having to use a propane heater indoors, is great. I just set the thermostat at 64, and it keeps the temperature comfortable.

It works fine at first, but if you have a problem, you'll never get warranty support. I've been trying for nearly one month, and no one will answer the phone or call me back. 7 year warranty might as well be 7 days.

I got this over a year ago and we love it! The only thing we were not crazy about is that we were not able to get the app to work with the unit, but as far as the unit goes, it is amazing. We are very very happy with it!

i bought this in august 2017.took my son and I only a couple of hours to install,after we ran the electric for it. that took a couple hours also.simple to install,worked just like instructions said.
