I would say if you want a quick breakfast and your in a rush I would recommend toasting a bagel and spreading a good amount of cream cheese and if you like putting jelly or jam on top well do. I put strawberry jam on top of the spread cream cheese and taste amazing.

This is the only cream cheese I use. I have tried non name brands and they just dont work as well for me when I use them for baking. I generally only use cream cheese while I make cheesecakes so I like the stick to a single brand now because I know how it acts. It is more money that non name brands but its worth it to me.

It's smooth and easy to spr ad on everything. Philadelphia has definitely worked out their formula. This one is cheaper than the container of Philly.
