I like to buy the two pack of block to use in dips and desserts. I try to keep extras in the freezer so that I never run out.

I use this cream cheese because it's the creamiest and it has an excellent taste. I use when I make sushi and the right amount completes the flavor.

As I said before, this is a simple, staple, it taste amazing on any flavor of bagel. It is a must to have in the refrigerator at all times. 

Why is the 3 lb. package more expensive the the 6 pack of 8 oz. packages? Both are 48 ounces but the 8 oz packages require a lot more packaging. Ought to be the other way around!
