Don't really eat cream cheese unless I'm using it to bake a dessert such as flan or cheesecakes. I have no negative thoughts about the product

I love cream cheese and I especially love it and cream cheese frosting! Oh my gosh that is my absolute favorite!! Cream cheese makes frosting taste so decadent and creamy and delicious. My only complaint and it's a big one with Philadelphia cream cheese is the ingredients in it, in my opinion there's absolutely no need for any thickeners like guar gum. The purpose of using guar gum is to get away with using less of the actual ingredients in it. Which irritates me. You can find organic cream cheese with all natural normal ingredients in it for the same price.
