My only choice for holiday or special occasion baking. This cream cheese is exceptionally creamy and tangy. For the extra price, its not really worth using on simple things like bagels. Excellent for cheesecakes and treats.

Texture is soft, flavor is good. Well packaged. Freshness and versatility are acceptable. I love it to put on my bread and use it to make the cream for cake.
