I bake a lot so this was perfect for a strawberry frosting. It mixed well with a fresh strawberry jam. I also like eating it with hot cheetos, begals and other crackers.

I don't use this a lot except for fruit pizza. I love how smooth it mixes with the vanilla and powdered sugar for the topping. Fruit pizza is one of my most favorite desserts.
