Nice and firm it's not too gooey it taste good. Good on bagels. Good on toast good with pretzels good with anything top brand not even expensive. It's worth the price, especially if you get the value pack.

I always keep a couple of cream cheese packs in my house because I am always finding dishes to add some in also aims desserts it is a must have. Plus this brand just seems to be the best one I've tried this far.
