This stuff is amazing, I use it in several different recipes. The consistency is nice and easy to spread on bagels and such. My favorite thing to make with these are jalapeo poppers.

I used this to make a dip. I forgot to take it out to become room temperature- but this was so creamy and smooth that I was able to use it right out of the refrigerator.

I needed some cream cheese for the stroganoff I was making. This obviously did the trick. I didn't try it by itself, but it did make the dish creamy and velvety in its consistency, and I've used it for alfredo variants before. Can't go wrong.
