I'm not a person that will spread cream cheese on a bagel but I love making cheesecakes from scratch and this is the only brand of cream cheese I use.

Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese is a go to for my salmon spread , it spreads great when set a room temperature. Awesome on bagels with lox and red onions for a fabulous taste. You definitely can't go wrong

The original Philadelphia cream cheese is awesome I can use it with many different recipes. Use in a lemon or strawberry cake mix gives just a light taste of the cream cheese without over powering the favor of the cake mix.
