- 5 out of 5 stars review10/5/2024I know other companies make cream cheese, but it's not near as good as Philadelphia cream cheese. I love its creamy texture and it has good flavor. It's the best to cook and bake with because it melts perfectly. It's the only one I'll buy.

- 5 out of 5 stars review6/9/2023It holds to its firmness even when melted. When baking it doesn't get watery like other brands. When added to eggs, sugar, milk and other ingredients it firms up to its original consistency. The taste has a soft milky taste not sour or bitter.
