I made an amazing dessert for Thanksgiving! It was a base of gooey butter cake (more like bars) and topped with a pumpkin/cream cheese mixture that was like the filling of a pumpkin pie! I used maple syrup in place of some of the sugar and it was such a perfect dessert. Definitely a hit with the family and easy to make. The cream cheese gave the perfect balance to the sweetness. Philadelphia brand is what I trust and use for cooking and baking.

I absolutely love Philadelphia cream Cheese on bagels , town house crackers and most of all , in cheesecake . It spreads easily without clumps and blends well in the mixer . My favorite use for cream cheese is making cheese balls for the holidays .I place it in the center for everyone to snack on while dinner is being prepared .

I've tried the store brand cream cheese and did not like the flavor at all. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese is AMAZING!! The flavor and texture is perfect. I use 2-8oz bricks with 2 powder ranch packets, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits to make a bacon ranch cheese ball!! It's the best!!
