I love cream cheese. I can eat it by itself, and I'm not even kidding. I put it on bagels, ritz crackers, hot Cheetos.. it's a great snack food. I love cooking with it. Fill jalepenos that have been cut in half and seeded and partially cooked in the microwave. Sprinkle with bread ceumbs and bake under the broiler until the cheese browns on top.

The cream cheese has a nice flavor that complements any toast or baked goods. My only issue is with the keep. The package is not friendly when it comes to keeping it fresh in the fridge unless you put it in another container. But then they came out with a container version that costs so much more. I'll tolerate the packaging.
