Philadelphia cream cheese is the OG cream cheese brand, and remains one of the best! It is rich and creamy and adds depth to many of my baked goods and savory meals. I use it frequently for dips, chicken fillings, cheesecake, cookies and as a bagel topping.

I made an amazing dessert for Thanksgiving! It was a base of gooey butter cake (more like bars) and topped with a pumpkin/cream cheese mixture that was like the filling of a pumpkin pie! I used maple syrup in place of some of the sugar and it was such a perfect dessert. Definitely a hit with the family and easy to make. The cream cheese gave the perfect balance to the sweetness. Philadelphia brand is what I trust and use for cooking and baking.

this is the only good brand of cream cheese. it's best for bagels if you microwave it for just a few seconds to make it soft and it's amazing for any recipe that needs cream cheese. super convenient packaging, i love the aluminum wrap having the measurements on it. definitely stays fresh for longer than cream cheese in a tub or container especially in a plastic bag!

I've tried at least 6 different brands of cream cheese to cook and bake with and none of them come even close to the taste and texture of Philadelphia. It always has such a great texture and tastes nice and fresh. The ingredients are minimal and the packaging keeps the product safe. It's so satisfying and versatile. by far this is my favorite cream cheese. the texture is light and less solid than other brands I've tried. this is great for savory dishes, sweet dishes, or just on its own. unopened, it stays good for a long time and after opening, you still have a week or so!
