It's actually used to owner cheesecake business and and I must say philly is this probably my favorite brand to use if used it's always smoother than other brands. Bakes better more consistent that is. And it's a classic flavor. Other cream cheese may taste the same but what really gets me is the smoothness miss you want consistency of texture

Oh, I absolutely love cream cheese. I use it on everything and this one specifically so good and creamy. It's very cheesy and very soft and very fresh The only complaint is honestly thought this packaging might not be the best if you're just trying to use it on the daily for thinks like spreading it over a bagel or something but this brand does have different options for cream cheese, packaging, and this one. Specifically I use a lot for sushi making as you can just cut it and put in your sushi or a sushi bowl!
