We melt Philadelphia Cream Cheese in cream of broccoli soup, macaroni and cheese, on a corn tortilla, on breakfast toast with stewed prune and apricot topping. I finally mastered unfolding weird cream cheese packaging and now I place it in a clear glass butter keeper. It's a refrigerator staple on our house.
