You can use it in a variety of ways, and in many dishes even. There's a French zucchini and summer squash dish my mom learned from her aunt, which I learned as I used to watch my mom cook when I was little. You cook zucchini, summer squash, onions, minced garlic, and corn in a pot, with just enough water to cover everything. Once they are mostly cooked, you add the cream cheese, and chili peppers. By the time the cream cheese melts, and incorporates into the water, it's a thick creamy sauce...depending on how much water is left in the pot when you add in the cream cheese. You talk about 1 tasty dish! Philadelphia cream cheese is by far, the best cream cheese I've ever used.

I don't really use this like most probably use it as, I don't use it on toast or a bagel. I stead, I cook with this very often. I make my own spreads, mix it with sour cream or cheese especially to make spreads or sauces for pastas and even bowls. Highly recommend to bake with as well!
