Loved Philadelphia cream cheese, HOWEVER I am very disappointed that it now contains gums. Everything now contains gums. Not sure who is lobbying this ingredient to every single food manufacturer on the planet but its incredibly disappointing to our family. I predict a day will come soon where all these gums are in the news as the new “bad guy” ingredient and hopefully then companies will feel pressure to remove them. They are unnecessary.
