Cream cheese is so good on its own like on a bagel. But I use this in a lot of recipes as well. My family loves when I make a marshmallow whip cheesecake. Here's the recipe: 1 large graham cracker crust 2 blocks of cream cheese room temperature 1 bag of marshmallows 3/4 cup of milk. Cool whip 12 ounces. Directions: In large pot melt marshmallows and milk together. Stirring constantly. While that cools in the pot for a few minutes add cream cheese to a bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese, then add the marshmallow mixture to cream cheese and mix until combined. Once combined fold in cool whip. After its all mixed pour into crust. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs or overnight. It's so good!

A great cream cheese - tasty, affordable, and can be used in many different recipes. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. I've noticed that cream cheese that comes in a cardboard box will go bad much quicker than cream cheese packaged in a plastic container with a lid.

Philadelphia I use it for baking cakes and making creams. It's also a great filling for crepes. I actively use it for my baby because it's very healthy.Various cheesecakes — you can even add it to soup. It's very tasty, I highly recommend it. The price can be a bit high if you buy a lot, but it's definitely worth it.

I use cream cheese in so many recipes that I buy several bars at a time and keep them in my freezer until I need them for a recipe. I have tried store brands but I just find that the Philadelphia Cream Cheese brand is just better, it's creamier and makes the best cheesecakes.
