Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts on my Magic Erasers. Because my Quality Team works so efficiently, I’m confident every one of them is at the top standard everyone expects. It may help to know this product is designed to compress and break down as it's used, like a pencil eraser. It can leave behind small pieces of residue, just as a pencil eraser does. How long the product lasts depends on how many times you use it and how rough the surfaces you use it on are. You’ll get the best results by wetting the pad with water before you use it, then gently squeezing out excess water. Do not wring or twist the excess out. Also, don’t add any cleaning products to it. After use, rinse the product and leave it to dry naturally. If you need something with a bit more strength, I'd like to tell you about my Extra Durable Magic Erasers. Give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST, for more assistance. My number is 1 (800) 867-2532.

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers do crumble as they are used, just like a pencil eraser. You'll get the most out of your Eraser by holding it as flat as possible, adding just enough water, and rubbing gently, but thoroughly with it on the stain you're working to remove. We hope you'll tell us more about this, by calling us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 867-2532.
