Karen, thank you for taking the time to leave your review of the Magic Eraser. What you may not know is that the Magic Eraser is designed to compress and break down as it's used, like a pencil eraser. How long the product lasts depends on how many times you use it and how rough the surfaces you use it on are. For best results, wet the pad with water before you use it. Then squeeze out excess water rather than wringing or twisting the pad. We'd like to look into this more closely for you. When you get a moment, could you give us a call at (800) 248-1612.

We're sorry to hear you didn't have the experience you expected, Doris, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best from the Magic Eraser. We hope it helps to know, they're designed to break down with use, much like a pencil eraser. The amount of pressure applied while using, as well as how rough the surface, can affect how long they last. We'd like to get more information to help, as well as share this with our Quality Team. When you have a minute please get in touch with us at (800) 248-1612.
