It's our goal to help you keep your home sparkling, so we're very sorry to hear this! Our Magic Erasers are designed to compress and break down when they're used and how long they last depends on how often they're used and how rough the surfaces you use them on are. As a longtime member of the Mr. Clean family, you know that you should be getting great results with your Erasers, and as we haven't made any recent changes to them this definitely isn't something we'd expect. Please give us a call at (800) 248-1612, our team would like to take a closer look at the Magic Erasers you noticed this with so we can try to help further.

We are sorry you didn't get the results you expected with your Magic Erasers, Nanny. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. This product is designed to compress and break down as it's used, like a pencil eraser. It can leave behind small pieces of residue, just as a pencil eraser does. How long the product lasts depends on how many times you use it and how rough the surfaces you use it on are. For best results, wet the pad with water before you use it. Then, squeeze out excess water rather than wringing or twisting the pad. Do not use any cleaning product with the pad. After use, rinse the product and leave it to dry naturally. So we can help you further, please call us at (800) 248-1612 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
