We never want to disappoint a Mr. Clean fan. Our Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are designed to crumble and dissolve with use, much like a pencil eraser does. For the best results, we recommend wetting the sponge with water only (no cleaning solutions), gently squeezing out the excess. Do not wring or twist. If you have any other questions, please give us a call at (800) 248-1612. We love to help.

We're sorry to hear this, Lorraine, and we'd love to help you get the clean you deserve. For best results, we recommend getting the Magic Eraser wet, then squeezing out the excess water before use. Heavier dirt and older stains may require more scrubbing than usual to remove. We hope this helps, and if not, we're only a phone call away at 1-800-248-1612, and we'd be happy to look into this further for you.
