I bought 4 cans about 5 days ago and when I went to use it the milk was curdled in the can. I checked the other three and all were curdled, like it was kept in a hot trailer too long. I'll buy evaporated milk elswhere for a while.

Great Value evaporated milk makes the best homemade ice cream! I love it when the children make requests for my homemade ice cream. Off to Walmart I go for my ingredients.

I recently purchased 3 cans of Great Value Evaporated Milk; the expiration dates are very close (Nov 2011 for 2 cans and Jan 2012 for 1 can). The two cans expiring in Nov 2011 were marked 'lite'; the other is regular. The complaint is that the two cans of lite evaporated milk had a caramel color rather than being white as milk should be. I don't know whether it is because these are 'lite' products or if it has something to do with the expiration date. The regular evaporated milk was fine--no problems. I had not intentionally purchased the cans marked lite--they were mixed in with the regular stock, but for certain, I will NEVER purchase the milk marked 'lite' or any other product so marked.

Taste is comparable to name brands that cost more.

Most impressed by flavor....wouldnt be able to tast the difference from any name brand.

I have always use condensed milk for cream in my coffee. This phone works as good as any I've ever used.

It's perfect! I use it all the time in many recipes! I can even sour it to make great buttermilk! AND it freezes well!

The quality is very good. The price pre-covid and many months after was .70 per can and now it is 1.32 ea.

Walmart has a variety of items at a very reasonable price. When I compare it with other retailers, they are very competitive.

this is something I use in making my gravys or chowders I don't like using 1/2 and 1/2 the tast is better with the canned
