I think this is better than milk or half and half. I use less of it to get the color I want when added to tea or coffee. One can lasts me a week.

This is great canned milk and at a good price. It's easy to pour and has a great taste. I use it mostly for baking and sauces, and it's so handy. The taste and quality is right up there. I don't always buy Great Value brands but this one is the best!

I am 75 and grew up with my mom and grandmother using canned milk as back up for milk, in baking, in mac n cheese, coffee, cooked cereals, etc. Mom used it in bottles when she worked and couldn't be home to nurse, and when she weaned me. Carnation taste superior but not better enough for the extreme cost difference.

What do I not use it for? Coffee creamer, Cooking, and baking. May use a little for more richer taste for gravy or scrambled eggs or anything else will use with reg milk. Shelf stable and can use all different ways. I've even made condensed milk with it. Price condensed milk.

I use this canned milk in my coffee , tea, and cold cereal. Evaporated milk makes food flavors bolder, better, tastier. My cold cereals' flavor is the best! Try this milk, you'll be surprised how much BETTER, coffee, cereals, and mashed potatoes taste! 👏👍

Love to use this in my maccaroni and cheese.

I always try to have a can or two in the pantry. Comes in handy for cooking purposes when my milk supply is low. Plus, when mixed with an equal amount of water makes great cream breakfast gravy.

Use this as coffee cream, and love it. It goes further and costs Less. Have also mixed with equal part water as a substitute for a great recipe additive for Milk.

My grandmother taught me to always keep a can of evaporated milk in your cabinet just in case you run out of regular milk, use in replace of …. half can milk and half water. Tastes really good in cereal with a couple of ice cubes!

I didn't notice any difference between Walmart's brand, Great Value %26 the name brand. The cost savings is significant so I'll stick with buying this one from now on.
