This is the best Treadmill I have ever purchased. I love it and the trainers are so easy to work with. The Treadmill is so easy to use. If you are thinking about purchasing a treadmill this one should be numbers one on your list

Broke in 2 weeks

The welded connection at the base broke after 2 weeks of use, I bought it on Nov-6, delivered on Nov-18, broke on Dec-6. Poor manufacturing/design. A more technical explanation: the storage latch (gas cylinder) is continuously applying torsion load in the welded connection at the base, any defect in the welding will cause premature failure due to fatigue, a bolted joint should have been used instead. I really enjoyed the iFit software while it lasted.

Support is Terrible

I have had my Proform 12.0 for two weeks and I can't use it. It says my software is corrupt. I tried factory reset and it wouldn't reset. Read all of the community advice and found nothing. Called customer service and that's a joke. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I had to hang up. I have a treadmill I can't use because of the iFit software I could care less about.

I love my new treadmill. It took us 1hr and 30 minutes to assemble. It's sturdy we have run and used the ifit trainers and I love it. It really takes you like you are somewhere else. So far so good

I was skeptical with the $999 price point but I'm pleased. The free freight shipping and an iFit membership is a nice addition. There is a lot of flex in the treadmill and it's a pretty easy setup. Only took about 2 hours total.
