You cannot taste the chicken or the vegetables. It is over processed. The sauce is the only item that provides any taste.

I microwave 1 tray on high 90 seconds. Pull the dumplings apart from ice and air fry on 360° 8-10 mn. I like them crunchy.

The flavor is really good. Just be carefully with how you cook it. The skin can get soft and mushy a little.

Had no idea these were so good and easy to make. They are good in a soup too. Dropped them in boiling chix broth, diced some green onions and voila!
