Good idea and packaging, but taste is weak

The idea of packaging the potstickers with appropriate amount of frozen ice (& oil?) for a perfect cook is wonderful. If you follow the instructions and cook them as-is in a nonstick pan they cook up nicely. The sauce is appropriate gyoza sauce like you get in Japan. However, we find the filling in these dumplings is really bland. They're crying out for texture and seasoning. There's chicken in there for sure, but we can't recognize a vegetable. And the chicken doesn't taste like much at all. What a shame! We all love dumplings and have great respect for the quality of most Ajinomoto products. But I think we're going to pass on purchasing these in favor of other dumplings in the future.

Purchased as sample, new favorite

These were a sample last Saturday that suckered me in. I'm usually really good about walking away but these were too good to resist. I made them as a side tonight for my hubby and he couldn't believe the flavor, texture and value of these super yummy potstickers! I now plan on keeping my frig stocked!

Absolutely terrible, too good to be true

I'm amazed this product has such high ratings. I'm not picky by any means and these are hard to take down. Odd texture and a gross, bland flavor. Suggest putting them in the air fryer to help with the soggy texture. If you're used to traditional potstickers, you'll be disappointed. Price makes sense. You get what you pay for.

Chinatown quality

WoW this brings Chinatown to your kitchen without breaking the bank! A similar brand sold at Wally and Stater Brothers were god awful. They taste like chewy rubber whereas this one taste like authentic dim sums. Don't worry about having a steamer, just bring water to a boil then keep it simmer for a total of 15 mins. Tasssssttyyyyy

My favorite thing here

These are so good. Definitely my favorite thing Sam's sells. They cook in minutes. You don't feel like you overate after and you aren't still starving either. The easiest cooking instructions ever and no oil! They aren't greasy as if you were to cook your own with a little oil. A $9 box easily feeds our family of 4, so if you need to save money a few nights this is a good way to do it that won't leave you disappointed.

Disgusting!

I used to love love love this brand! Just purchased a box last week. Boy, have they changed. I don't believe they had any chicken in them. They tasted like dough only! I would take them back to Sam's if it weren't for social distancing and Coronavirus! Do not purchase these! If you do, you will be disappointed!

The best!

Oh em geeeeee these are delicious. Blown away by how easy. They come frozen in a tray with a water/oil mixture so you literally just throw the whole thing in the pan and wait! They get sooo crispy and delicious! Can't get enough of these! Comes with a yummy sauce too!

Yummy dumplings

For years, we walk down the aisel at our club in hopes of finding these boxes with absolutely no luck. This past weekend, my daughter and I were at a local Asian supermarket, and she was just talking about how much she misses these dumplings but will try out a different brand from the supermarket. When she finished the bag, we were still talking about the dumplings at Sam's club and how these tasted similar. I bagged the bag out of the trash bin and typed in the name. To my surprise, this was the exact brand! They just changes their logo and no longer had these in the neat iced rows. This was also in a bag versus the 60 in a box. We couldn't believe it ;) Thank me later :)

Yummy Pot Stickers!

We love these pot stickers. My husband and I have them for supper at least one night a week. They are packed 12 in a tray with some broth, and frozen. I take them to work for lunch occasionally too. A tray fits perfectly in the bottom of my lunch bag, and since they only take 12 minutes to cook the whole tray, it is a great lunch! Plus i don't have to go out. When I cook them at work, everyone smells them and comments as to how yummy they smell. I usually cook them in a frying pan and brown them up a bit before serving them. These are the best pot stickers I have ever bought. I always have a box of these in my freezer.

Please bring these back

These are the best frozen potstckers I've ever had, and I've tried many, including from our local authentic Asian grocery, and nothing comes close. Better than most restaurant ones as well. These are one of the items we get almost every time we shop at sams. Please bring them back!
