I no longer wear tampons or pads, only full protection underwear! I love these they make me feel so comfortable and free. No matter what I do, I don’t have to worry about leakage!!

Always discreet underwear culottes

Been using this product for some time, with my latest purchase noticed a big change, no subtle way to say it, but after an incident, the underwear feels wet. Kind of uncomfortable if you’re unable to make a quick change

Always is a product that I found to be very dependable. They did not leak on the sides as advertised , comfortable and absorbed the urine away from the body and not noticeable through my clothing . I think I will purchase them in the future.

Small size was way too large

I had bought these before in size small and they fit wonderfully and we’re comfortable. I needed more. I didn’t see the size small but I got the small/medium and they are much too large

ALWAYS DISCREET 360 FORM FIT

AWFUL WHEN THEY GET WET THEY EXPODE AND THE LITTLE JELLY STUFF GETS ALL OVER THE PATIENT AND SHEETS AND FLOOR HARD TO GET UP HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LITTLE ASORBENT GEL TO DRY TO GET IT OFF. DO NOT BUT IN WASHING MACHINE IT RECKS IT AND SEPTIC TANK!

Bad change!

I've been buying this product for three years, was always satisfied until they changed from white to pink. The white ones are far more absorbent then the pink ones, which fail in are book!

Most absorbent of all underwear in the market - best choice to prevent leaks

Wish they were a little more absorbent for night underwear Wish there were tapes or some mechanism that permitted changing in rest rooms without the need to undress or take shoes off.
