These bladder control underwear are very comfortable and as a bonus they also smell nice out of the package whereas other products are absorbent but have no fragrance. I like the fit which is snug without being binding or too tight. They are also easy to pull off and put on. Overall a VERY good product. For me personally I can find no faults with this product at this time.

These do not ride up and very comfortable u can’t even tell when they’re being worn. Very absorbent and non scented. The material is very elastic and flexible.

I have been seeing ads for this product quite a bit lately. I am currently experiencing a nasty case of the flu and have one of the worst bouts of coughing ever. I have leaking with coughing normally, but it's a much heavier flow of urine with this terrible cough I have. Prior to this product I was trying to compensate by using regular menstrual pads. They just didn't cut it. After each fit of coughing I would have to rush to the bathroom to change the pad. I just bought this product today and I must say I am so pleasantly surprised. It is absolutely discreet and comfortable. It masks urine odors completely. This product lasted most of the day for me. I didn't have to worry about rushing to the bathroom every 15 minutes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is always hard to pick a product that you do not really know how it works. Especially with leakage as you get older. I found these Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear to not be bulky and fit comfortably. They do not bunch up. I feel confident in the protection that Always gives me.

While the product has great features and absorbency is great the range in the sizing of the small to medium is to large. As a person with a 28 inch waist and at 5 foot 5 inches tall gaps form and the product slides down over time. When I have an accident it is often a full bladder and the product leaks out the sides.
