[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These always discreet underwear are okay. I got small/medium size and they are tight. Next time i would get medium/large. Not very comfortable i wouldn’t wear these out forsure. Night time maybe! Not my favorite.

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great for postpartum, but they’re a little bit scratchy. They are extremely absorbent though. They’re actually pretty cute too and are much better than the postpartum underwear they give out at the hospital.

I wear size S/M and they fit me perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pads are absolutely the best, very discrete and they feel and look great. Can never go wrong with Always brand, whether you use pads, panties or overnight pads, have tried other brands, but Always is definitely the best there is.

I’m a man and have tried many brands, these by far are the best, discreet, can’t tell you are wearing a diaper, feel like underwear, and can absorb a lot . And don’t leak. Have small leakage at night but sometimes uncontrollable in the day. Highly recommend.
