I was wearing Depent s and they were lousy! They removed the ones I was wearing out of the stores and put it online only. Their other diapers (and I do mean diapers) are bulky. They trade performance for beauty. It's like a very thin mesh lining with a bunch of cotton balls underneath. The regular day ones lining splits in the center of the diaper. The nighttime ones split at the top of the lining. The cotton material tries to fall out. I just tried Always underwear and just love it! It's not bulky, or uncomfortable. I feel like I have been set free from the diaper, but have the protection of one. God bless you! You are an answer to prayer! Thanks again, I'm sticking with you. The product works great, and there were no leaks, but I wished they were a bit more comfortable. I would purchase these more often if they were more comfortable to wear regularly. These might be great for someone who only needs them once in a while, not for long-term wear.

However with products that allow them to transition into this life with privacy it’s great! My daughter is able to still learn her body and how this works but in a way that makes her feel in control. They slip on like underwear, breathable and don't feel like i have a diaper on. No odors and i can go to work feeling protected and not worried if i leaked thru or not.

I've had to use incontinence panties for years and tried many brands over that time. I don't know if it's because I'm a heavier woman or something else but I find that for me I need more coverage in the front, but still want protection in the back for leaks. No pads are EVER long enough by themselves, so I've been using panties both night AND day. Many other brands I would say are "okay" but Always Discreet panties are the only thing I'll use from now on. The panties fit so snugly well, are so soft, absorbent and discreet that I can wear them during the day and not feel self-conscience. What's nice is that I can use the moderate panties in the day, or even two of your pads end-to-end, and any of those three options are better than wearing the other brand panties. I didn't think they would be comfortable or absorbent enough. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised! The material was soft and flexible. The underwear themselves were very absorbent during that time of the month. They definitely served their purpose!
