I found these Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear to not be bulky and fit comfortably. They do not bunch up. I feel confident in the protection that Always gives me.

Being a 40 year old woman that has a period I have had many years of worrying if I have leaked through my underwear and have a spot on my pants. Now with alwaysdiscreet - Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear I do not have to worry at all since they are literally underwear with a pad in it! Very comfortable and discreet it doesn't make any "diaper" sounds.

I have gifted all of my soon to be mom friends with these after using them myself. I love that they are not thick and bulky like a diaper (who wants to wear that???). They provided the perfect perfection and were comfortable too!

I'm 21 years old and was diagnosed with MS at 18. Incontinence has just started to be a problem and it was always so embarrassing. I can usually get to a bathroom but there are days when my legs decide not to work and can't get there fast enough, or when I go out anywhere and I don't know where a bathroom is it can be a huge problem! I used the always discreet pads for a while but they just weren't absorbent enough and sometimes would cause an accident anyway. There were times where I wouldn't even go out with friends because I was "sick" when really I was too embarrassed to go in case I had an accident. Now I figured wearing adult incontinence underwear is less embarrassing than having an accident, and I am very happy! The only problem is I wish there was an extra small option because the small/medium does not always fit as well as I would like it to. But overall, great product!

They were not bulky nor did they make a rattley sound when I walked. I will using these on a regular basis from now on.
