This underwear is the best that I have ever used and I have used many of the other options on the market. The absorption rate is so fast I was so impressed, moisture is wicked away from your body. These hold so much urine and last me over 5 to 6 hours a day. They even work great for over night use. Since I have used them for over 3 weeks they have never leaked. At night I add an always discreet maximum absorbency pad to help because I need more absorbency at night. Awesome product, I would recommend them to any one. I love these, they have saved me so many times! Awesome job always.

After short-term use, there is no odor or leaks although I do not use these overnight or long-term, so I cannot attest for usage of more than a few hours.

They just fit perfectly. I wore them for outings, shopping, get togethers, and no one knew I had them on, they fit perfectly, and I was extremely comfortable with them on. I did not restrict my usual soft drinks and liquids like water, or tea, like i usually would, because I have an over active bladder, and tea and soda can cause me a BIG problem on outings, and shopping.
