I was very impressed with the fit of this product. It is difficult to find a secure product that fits because I am a plus-size woman. The fit was excellent and not visible under my pants. I was most impressed by how it absorbed the uremia odor. That was my biggest issue with regular brand.

I LOVED the old classic cut! Have been wearing them since 2011 with NO ACCIDENTS. I would put my hands on my hips and slide the pantie down with no problem. The new design feels like I am wearing a thong! While sleeping, the urine seeps back to the spine and gets the night clothing wet. When wet, weak and in pain, it is more difficult to pull the pantie down as it rolls up into a cord and it is hard to get untangled even if it is not wet yet. With the delay, it ends up getting wet by the time you can sit down on the toilet. Please bring back the old CLASSIC CUT. (Also, It could be rolled up more discreetly and disposed of more carefully especially in public venues where I have seen them in public view (doctors’ office bathrooms) exposed BECAUSE they are hard to untangle.). Something is better than nothing but what used to be was so muc h better...in fact, excellent!
